Provide the rig model and a photo of its nameplate or the relevant component, then describe the operating conditions and your question. For a fault, include when it occurred, what you observed and any actions already taken.

Maintenance procedures, lubricants and replacement intervals should follow the documentation for the specific equipment.

For rods, hammers, bits or core tooling, include dimensions and connection details. A product name alone may not establish compatibility; photos of the existing item, connection or package label can help.

For drilling materials, specify the full product name, required grade, packaging and quantity. Confirm the product information for the requested item.
