AIR COMPRESSOR

410SCYT-31-34

Diesel-powered screw air compressor

The 410SCYT-31-34 diesel screw air compressor uses two-stage compression and air cooling to supply drilling and site equipment. It supports reverse circulation and forward circulation work that uses compressed air, subject to pressure, air-flow and connection matching.

Rated air delivery: 32 / 36 m³/min · Pressure: 31 / 34 bar

Product overview

Air supply for drilling and site work

The compressor delivers compressed air to equipment used in reverse circulation drilling and in forward circulation and other operations that use compressed air. The application depends on the rig, hammer and air circuit. Check working pressure, air consumption and connections together.

410SCYT-31-34 equipment configuration

This model uses a Cummins QSZ13-C550 diesel engine with 410 kW output at rated speed, two-stage compression, coupling drive and air cooling. The wheeled towable layout supports site relocation; confirm transport and towing arrangements for the actual machine and project.

Standalone purchase and air-supply packages

The compressor can be purchased separately or selected to match existing drilling equipment. We also sell air boosters. Provide the equipment model, required pressure and flow, site conditions and connection details to confirm the model, accessories and delivery configuration.

  • Two-stage compression with coupling drive
  • Air-cooled system and wheeled towable layout
  • Match pressure, air flow and connections for different drilling air-supply requirements

Selection questions

Are compressors only for reverse circulation drilling?

Compressors can also supply forward circulation and other operations that use compressed air. Suitability depends on the working pressure, air demand, connections and air circuit of the rig, hammer or other equipment.

How should the two air-delivery and pressure values be read?

This model lists rated air delivery of 32 / 36 m³/min and rated discharge pressure of 31 / 34 bar. Confirm the pressure-flow relationship of the selected configuration before ordering; one value alone is insufficient for equipment matching.

Can the compressor be purchased separately or with an air booster?

Contact us about a standalone compressor or air-booster purchase. The model and accessories are selected against the required air pressure, flow, site conditions and connections.
