REVERSE CIRCULATION

CHK RC500AC

Automatic rod changer RC drilling rig

CHK RC500AC serves medium-depth RC exploration for gold and other metals, with automatic rod handling and a compact crawler layout. Plan the rig, compressor, RC rods and hammer together around target depth, hole diameter and formations for sampling in hot, dusty environments.

Maximum drilling depth: 300 m

Product overview

RC sampling for mineral exploration

CHK RC500AC is designed for medium-depth gold and other metal exploration. Reverse circulation sampling serves work in overburden, weathered zones and medium-hard formations. Select the rig around target depth, hole diameter and ground conditions, considering the air supply, rods and hammer as one drilling system.

Rod handling and crawler layout

The automatic rod changer reduces manual handling during rod changes, while the compact crawler layout helps organize the worksite. For exploration in hot, dusty environments, selection should also cover access roads, the drilling platform, rig movements and maintenance conditions.

A matched rig, compressor and tooling package

Enquiries can cover the compressor, RC rods and hammer together with the rig. The current RC500AC specifications list 3.0 m rods. The separately offered 6 m RC rods are another supply length and require their own compatibility check. Confirm air pressure, air flow and tooling connections for the final configuration.

  • Automatic rod handling
  • Compact crawler structure
  • Sampling operations in hot, dusty environments

Selection questions

What information helps with a rig enquiry?

Provide the project country, mineral target, hole depth and diameter, principal formations, and whether a compressor and tooling are required. Include existing equipment models where available.

Is 300 m achievable in every condition?

300 m is the maximum hole-depth reference. Actual capability depends on ground conditions, hole diameter, tooling and air supply, and should be confirmed for the project.
